Use the Hyphenation feature to give text a professional appearance. When the Hyphenation feature is activated, the software divides long words between syllables at the ends of lines. Using hyphenation makes the right margin less ragged. This feature is particularly helpful when keying in narrow columns.

Use the Speller to check words, documents, or parts of documents for misspellings. A Speller

checks a document by comparing each word in the document to words in its dictionary(ies). If the Speller finds a word in your document that is not identical to one in its dictionary(ies), the word is displayed in a dialog box. Usually the Speller lists words it "believes" are likely corrections (replacements). When a word is displayed, you must select one of the following options:
